5.1 Product descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our handcrafted resin art products on this website, including materials, dimensions, and colours. However, as all products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, minor variations in colour, finish, and texture from the images shown on the website are inherent to the nature of resin art and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

Colours may also appear differently on different screens and devices. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or any other content on the website are completely accurate, current, or error-free.

5.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

5.3 Order acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any other reason. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation by us.

5.4 Availability

All products are subject to availability. As products are handmade in limited quantities, stock may sell out without notice. If a product you have ordered is unavailable after payment, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a store credit, or a full refund.

5.5 Custom orders

Custom resin art orders are accepted subject to separate written agreement between you and Liquid Alchemy confirming the product specifications, timeline, and pricing. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases where the delivered product materially differs from the agreed specifications.

6. Workshops

6.1 Workshop registration

Registration for all Liquid Alchemy workshops — including the 2-Day Resin Intensive and any other workshops offered from time to time — is subject to availability and confirmation by Liquid Alchemy. A registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the applicable workshop fee.

6.2 Workshop fee

The workshop fee covers all materials, tools, products created during the session, refreshments during the workshop, a certificate of completion, and access to the post-workshop student portal. Lunch is not included. The fee does not include travel to and from the workshop venue.

6.3 Eligibility for workshops

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Participants between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the workshop. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Participants who are pregnant, or who have known skin allergies, respiratory conditions, or chemical sensitivities, are advised to consult their doctor before registering and must inform us of any relevant conditions at the time of registration.

6.4 Workshop conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward the instructor, fellow participants, and studio property throughout both days of the workshop. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the workshop — without refund — if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise incompatible with a productive learning environment.

6.5 Safety compliance

Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the instructor at all times during the workshop, including wearing gloves, using protective equipment, and handling materials as directed. Liquid Alchemy shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions.

6.6 Photography and recording

Liquid Alchemy may photograph and video-record workshop sessions for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. By registering for a workshop, you consent to such photography and recording. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the workshop date and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

You may photograph your own work and the process for personal use. Recording the instructor's demonstrations or techniques for redistribution or commercial use without written consent is not permitted.

6.7 Cancellation and refund — workshops

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date: full refund

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the workshop date: no refund; eligible for transfer to a future batch

• Transfers to a future batch must be requested at least 48 hours before the original workshop date

• Seat transfers to another individual are permitted with at least 48 hours notice

• No-shows on the day of the workshop with no prior notice: no refund and no transfer

• In cases of genuine emergency, please contact Sachin directly on WhatsApp (8483829386) and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis

6.8 Cancellation by Liquid Alchemy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop batch at our discretion — for example, in the event of insufficient registrations, instructor illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified as early as possible and offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch at their choice.
